I started out at 187 plus pounds and lots of fat around my waistline. I had zero energy, was experiencing depression, and just felt, “old.”

After God led me to Coach Kaya’s Program, I decided that I definitely wanted to eliminate fatty meats and sugar by all means! I went plant-based vegan for the most part.
